It replaces paper pre-use checklists with a digital process operators can finish quickly, and managers can trust for shift readiness, fault control, and audit evidence. You get live fleet status (Passed, Fail, Repair, Overdue, Fault Reported, and more), asset history, inspection reports, and optional handoff to your MHE service provider.

MHE Checker is built to help sites produce the kind of evidence auditors expect under BRCGS (formerly BRC) standards for mobile equipment control and planned maintenance, documented pre-use checks, recorded defects, assets taken out of service when unsafe, and a retained history you can show during audits.It supports common BRCGS themes such as planned inspection of mobile equipment (e.g. forklifts and other MHE), defect reporting, and proof that checks were completed when required. Site certification remains your responsibility with your chosen scheme and auditor; MHE Checker does not replace a full food-safety management system.

Operators complete checklist inspections against each asset. Outcomes are recorded as Pass, Fail, or Repair, with live status across Comfort, Compact, and Grid fleet views.Sites can run single-shift or two-shift schedules, with Pending, Overdue, and Off Shift windows so teams know what still needs checking before work continues.

MHE Checker gives you a clear, centralised view of driver and operator qualifications, so you can quickly see what’s current, what’s approaching expiry and where action is needed.Automatic reminders help prevent renewals being overlooked, while qualification records and supporting evidence are stored against each user for easy access.The result is better visibility of operator compliance, fewer missed renewals and a stronger audit trail without relying on spreadsheets or manual reminders.

Yes for schedule dates and countdown. On Standard you can enter last inspection dates and frequency, see time remaining on asset cards, and use due / overdue alerts and filters.Booking emails to your service provider, certificate storage, and the Thorough Examination dashboard chart remain Premium.

Yes on Premium. Register racking zones as assets with daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly check schedules, use the standard racking checklist, track SEMA due dates, and book inspections with your racking inspection provider.

Operators and managers can report faults with photos from the asset. On Premium, faults can be emailed to your matched MHE service provider automatically or after manager review, while Admin and Manager alerts continue as normal.Cleared faults leave an audit trail so you can show what was found, reported, and resolved.

The Shift Handover feature gives incoming teams a clear record of what they need to know at the start of their shift.Managers and operators can record handover notes alongside the current status of the MHE fleet, including outstanding faults, servicing activity, operational issues and other important information.Each handover is saved with a date, time and user record, creating a complete history that can be reviewed later. This helps prevent important information being lost between shifts and provides a clear audit trail of what was communicated.Shift Handover is included with MHE Checker Premium.

Yes. Asset history holds inspection outcomes, fault activity, checklist changes, and schedule updates so managers can evidence that work was done properly, useful for internal reviews and external audits (including BRCGS visits).

Admin, Manager, and User roles control who can edit the fleet, report and clear faults, and manage company settings. Shop-floor sign-in is designed for fast access on the warehouse floor.

When both sides have Premium, warehouses can share (if they choose to) all assets or selected assets with their matched service partner. Partners then see shared fleet context in the Partner Portal alongside fault issues. Standard partners continue to work from emailed fault reports only.

Yes. Periodic monthly process checklists can be configured on assets independently of daily status. Completing a monthly item records history without changing the asset’s day-to-day Pass / Fail / Repair state.
